Independent Specialty Sales Representative (1099)

About the Opportunity

As one of Gold Brew's sales representatives, you'll help introduce our premium organic golden milk blends to coffee shops, cafés, wellness boutiques, specialty retailers, and other businesses throughout your territory.

This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential and recurring commissions on the accounts you develop.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new wholesale accounts within your territory.

  • Introduce Gold Brew to coffee shops, cafés, wellness boutiques, health food stores, gift shops, and specialty retailers.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings.

  • Build lasting relationships with business owners and buyers.

  • Educate customers on brewing methods, product features, and merchandising opportunities.

  • Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Represent Gold Brew with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help grow the brand.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (preferred)

  • Existing relationships within the coffee, café, specialty food, beverage, or wellness industries

  • Experience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, beverage, coffee, or natural products

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organization and time management

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your territory

  • A passion for helping locally owned businesses succeed

Compensation

This is an Independent Contractor (1099), commission-only position.

Commission Structure

  • 12% commission on every first order from each new account you establish.

  • 10% recurring commission on all future reorder revenue from those accounts while you continue managing the relationship.

  • Unlimited earning potential.
