At Gold Brew Co., we want you to truly enjoy every cup. Each blend is thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients to support your daily ritual and wellness.

Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped as well as for taste preferences, personal sensitivities, or individual results. We encourage reviewing all ingredients prior to purchase to ensure the product aligns with your needs. However, if something isn’t right, we encourage you to reach out—we’re always here to help and will do our best to provide a fair and thoughtful resolution.

Shipping Protection (Recommended)
We recommend selecting "Protected Checkout" at checkout to cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If you purchase shipping protection, you will receive instructions via email on how to file a claim. Claims are typically resolved quickly through the protection provider.

If shipping protection is not selected, we will still do our best to assist; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at contact@getgoldbrew.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

All resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of Gold Brew Co.

Subscription Orders
When you enroll in a subscription, your order will automatically renew and ship according to the schedule you select.

You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal.

Managing Your Subscription
To ensure you experience a smooth process, your subscription may be edited or canceled at anytime.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
