At Gold Brew Co., every order is carefully prepared so it arrives ready to be part of your daily routine.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully prepare each order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Shipping Protection (Recommended)
We recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout to cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If shipping protection is purchased, you will receive instructions on how to file a claim directly through the protection provider.
If shipping protection is not selected, we will still do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Gold Brew Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getgoldbrew.com. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Gold Brew Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we are always here to help guide you through next steps and provide support where we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at hello@getgoldbrew.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will review each case and do our best to make it right.
